Meet Alex – An Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a coaching-led approach
Alex’s work in exercise and human movement began informally in the early 2000s, helping friends develop confidence using recreational indoor and outdoor exercise equipment.
In 2007, he completed a Diploma in Fitness and began shaping a therapeutic approach to training - one that has since evolved through ongoing study in remedial massage, exercise science, and exercise physiology.
